It’s got a full taste, being both filling and flavorful. Unfortunately, that taste is one of sugar and sweetener. At 14 grams of added sugar (liquid sugar) per serving, the taste is dominantly sugar, exacerbated by the dextrose, a sugar derivative. Wouldn’t recommend.
