Ronnybrook low fat milk, Whole Foods Manhattan, July 1st, 2022
This one is far worse than its whole fat companion. It’s got a full, fresh flavor, but it lacks the critical depth that would make it tasty. The fat is really necessary for the flavor. The fact the added sugar amount is hidden is dubious I don’t like that. I’ve given it 5 points because a chunk of the 22grams total sugar is natural. Also, I don’t like that cane sugar is the sugar used. It’s an exploitative crop and the ways it’s practiced are environmentally destructive.
