Disappointing, especially after the muscle milk rockin’ protein, which, whole it wasn’t delicious was a much better product. It’s got a heavy dairy and sugary tastes with no balancing act. It’s not delicious and it’s not the best. It’s a bit less than mediocre at best. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it. 22 Grams of added sugar. Yikes.
